A BIG building, with a whole LOT of people. People who come from a whole lot of different places, and have different backgrounds. Different colors, shapes, sizes, and personalities. Anytime you put all that together, you are bound to have CONFLICTS. If you don’t know how to handle this stuff, you could lose the things that are most important to you. Check out this video.
